Work remotely as an iOS Engineer for Twitch and earn between $129,000 - $223,000 a year
Who: All nationalities, Must have a BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience, Must have 3+ years of industry iOS development experience using Swift

Mobile Core is the metaphorical engine of Mobile at Twitch. It is the backbone of every feature and every release going out to Twitch's beloved customers. Twitch's team owns the underlying infrastructure within the apps, the infrastructure building the apps, and the core features like video playback.
As an iOS Engineer on Mobile Core, you will focus on developer velocity, and highly performant user experiences, and insist on the highest standards for app quality and performance.
You will identify and lead complex projects with large-scale influence and collaborate with engineers and partners across the company.
You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager for Mobile Core iOS and work remotely or from either Twitch's San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or Twitch's New York City offices.
What you'll do
As an iOS Engineer for Twitch, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Building delightful frameworks, driving their adoption amongst internal developers, and measuring their impact
  
• Championing prioritization of projects alongside your engineering leadership and product managers
  
• Insisting on the highest standards for mobile development at Twitch by defining best practices and policies
  
• Identifying opportunities across the mobile development stack to boost developer productivity and happiness
  
• Mentoring and cultivating the growth of the engineers around you
  
  What you need
  The ideal candidate has the following qualities:
  
  • 
    
  • Experience communicating complicated technical problems to both technical and business audiences
    
  • Experience working with iOS-specific development tools, such as XCode, SwiftUI, CocoaPods, Firebase, or Swift Package Manager
    
  • Experience leading large-scale engineering projects with multiple stakeholders
