Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the data-focused initiatives for the team ("Data side of the house").
• Establish foundations for data readiness and future scalability.
• Perform proof of concept (POC) work, collaborating with engineering for development.
• Work directly with business partners to gather requirements and systematically translate them into actionable solutions.
• Combine project management and data science skills to oversee multiple projects at various maturity levels.
• Provide dashboard and data visualization expertise (Power BI/Tableau).Skills and Qualifications:Proficient in:
  • SQL and Python for data extraction, sample analysis, and understanding data flows.
  • Working with big data systems, tools, and databases.Ability to:
    • Grasp complex concepts and adapt quickly.
    • Analyze and improve current manual processes, with automation as a goal.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating requirements systematically.
    • Stitch and integrate disparate data sources.Compensation:The pay rate range is $55.00 to $60.00/hr. This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
