Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Resilience Director to lead
the development and implementation of its Business Continuity
Program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of the Business Continuity Program,
including design, implementation, and testing of continuity
plans
Conduct business impact assessments and develop contingency plans
for critical functions
Oversee the Corporate Insurance Program, including broker liaison,
policy renewals, and claims management
Required Qualifications and Education
12+ years of experience in business continuity, crisis management,
and corporate insurance oversight
Knowledge of risk-related regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX)
Experience in a regulated financial services entity
Public company experience is desired
Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MBA, JD) in a relevant field
