Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the food service operation at Bon Appetit - Bellevue Caf--, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  
• Operations Management: Plan, market, and execute special events and promotions in the caf--, ensuring compliance with sanitation and cleaning standards.
  
• Financial Management: Operate within the budget, identifying opportunities to improve the business and increase revenue.
  
• Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  
• Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, food service management, or business.
    
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or corporate dining management.
    
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
    
  • Certifications: ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferred.
