Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Corporate Communications &
Workplace Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance
employee engagement and understanding of company initiatives
Lead rewards and recognition programs, including company-wide
acknowledgments and internal recognition initiatives
Manage the HR intranet and coordinate company meetings, ensuring
effective communication and presentation
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in employee communications, HR, or
organizational development in a high-growth organization
At least one year of experience in a leadership or management
role
Proficient with Google Suite, particularly Google Slides
Experience with HRIS and Cultureamp preferred
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment
