Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Management
Specialist to oversee workforce management systems and contact
center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer workforce management systems, including user setup and
troubleshooting
Conduct long-range capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting
for contact centers
Monitor real-time performance and create employee schedules to meet
staffing needs
Required Qualifications
BA degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in Workforce Management
Technical proficiency in Avaya CMS, Gensys, and Aspect eWorkforce
Management
Ability to analyze complex issues and provide appropriate
recommendations
Experience in creating and maintaining workflows and procedures
