Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, External Research Program (ERP) to manage operations and track progress for investigator-sponsored and collaborative studies.



Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administration and operations for investigator-sponsored and collaborative studies from concept approval to study closure
Partner with global, regional, and local Medical Affairs teams to review protocols and research plans
Monitor study milestones and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders


Required Qualifications

Master's degree with 4+ years or Bachelor's with 6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry/project management
Associate degree with 8+ years or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry/project management
Good understanding or experience in clinical and/or pre-clinical research
PMP or equivalent project management qualification is preferred
Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
