Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Engagement Account Manager to
manage client relationships and service delivery in the pharmacy
benefit management sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding of new clients and manage RFP/procurement
processes
Oversee audit processes and assist with Pharmalogic reporting
Manage client relationships, issue escalation, and documentation of
agreements
Required Qualifications
Experience in pharmacy benefit management or related field
Ability to thrive in a self-directed environment
Strong teamwork skills and ability to foster collaboration
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Adaptability to manage competing demands and changes in the work
environment
