Job Description:
A company is looking for a Festival Accounting Manager to assist
in supervising and evaluating day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring accounting staff while
addressing performance issues
Serve as the primary contact for festival audit needs and assist
with internal and external audits
Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring compliance with
accounting principles and policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA
preferred
Minimum of seven years of experience in accounting
At least one year of leadership experience
Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and ERP experience, preferably
Oracle
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, policies, and
practices
