Expected to open in 2024, this 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital operating jointly with Lifepoint Rehabilitation and Providence Regional Medical Center Everett, is more than a job.   • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
  • Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications
    
    
    • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
    • Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
    • CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred
    • CRRN Preferred
    • Minimum six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
    • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsSalary range: $44 - $65 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly rate, however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital, Lynnwood strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
