  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel RN - Labor & Delivery ---Birth CenterShift: Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs per weekLength: 13 weeksWeekend rotation: Every other, but can be variable based on needRequirements:
  • WA License--
  • 3 years minimum experience, 5+ preferred (2+ years for traditional traveler)
  • High acuity experience: labor management and delivery of high risk OB patients, ability to triage OB patients, circulate in OR, cervical checks, reading/interpreting fetal monitoring strips
  • Preceptor and EPIC experience required for CAP
  • BLS
  • Intermediate FHM (AWHONN)
  • NRPOther Details:
    • Will accept a first-time traveler upon review
    • Floating: Antepartum, postpartum, areas within scope and experiencePatient Ratios:
      • Per AWHONN guidelines:
      • 1:1 active labor
      • 1:2 non-active laboring
      • 1:2-3 antepartum, dependent on acuityTechnology/Equipment:
        • EMR: EPIC (required for preceptor)
        • IV pumps: Alaris
        • Medication dispensing: Pyxis
        • Monitors: Fetal Surveillance, Centricity/Qx; CPN- required?Epic Travel Staffing:
