Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Temporary Customer
Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate testing services for patients, ensuring accurate and
timely processing
Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to
facilitate documentation and coverage
Manage assigned work independently while meeting production and
quality metrics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Accurate typing skills of at least 35 words per minute
PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and
email
Minimum internet speed requirements of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps
upload
