Your Role

As a Visual Merchandiser - Store Experience Leader, you will be responsible for implementing a visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our sales volume and financial objectives. You will work closely with our Visual Leadership team to design and present merchandise in a way that enhances the overall shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develop and execute visually appealing store displays that showcase our products in a unique and engaging way.
  
• Collaborate with the Visual Leadership team to create layout plans for furniture, lighting, and accessories that maximize product sell-through.
  
• Remerchandise displays, signage, point-of-sale, and select areas regularly to ensure a cohesive and engaging shopping experience.
  
• Initiate repair and maintenance of store lighting, fixtures, paint, flooring, etc., in conjunction with store management.
  
• Check-in and unpackage accessory merchandise and other product shipments in collaboration with the warehouse associate.
  
• Adhere to all visual merchandising standards and bulletins provided by Visual Leadership.
  
• Mentor store staff on merchandising basics and involve them in the visual maintenance of the store.
  
• Coordinate with the store manager regarding regular tasks & duties, visual needs, incoming products, point-of-sale materials, etc.
  
  
  Requirements
  
  To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  
  
  • 
    
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail store visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings.
    
  • Ability to regularly lift objects over 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
    
  • Ability to transport loads of 100 IBS with or without reasonable accommodation.
    
  • Associate degree in interior design, merchandising, or equivalent work experience.
    
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    
  • Maintain reliable attendance.
    
  • Thrive in a team environment.

    • Hourly rate of $21.00.
