Temporary Human Resources Generalist in Woodinville, WA.

8 week Assignment
Hybrid Schedule - 2 Days in office
$42 - $50 / hr.
As a Temporary Human Resources Generalist you will:
Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with training, continued
education, and work assessments.
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job
applicants for open positions.
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition
programs.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings,
terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
and regulations, and recommended best practices.
This is a Temporary opportunity with possibility of conversion
after 8 weeks.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field required
At least one year of human resource management experience
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
SHRM-CP a plus
Monday - Friday (30 - 40 hours a week), 8 am - 5 pm (2 days in
office required/Hybrid schedule)
Pay Rate: $42-$50 /hr. DOE
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
