for a talented and innovative Senior Architect to support our
transformation journey building a new ERP solution and help us
achieve our mission to become a Data-informed, AI-enabled,
Digital-first company. This person would play a crucial role in
designing and optimizing data architecture systems while navigating
tight timelines, complex environments characterized by ambiguity
and changing priorities. Knowledge of ERP applications especially
of Oracle and SAP is highly valued. As a key steward, the Senior
Architect would be entrusted with ultimate accountability,
responsibility, and ownership to build outstanding solutions. This
position will work very closely Leadership, Principal Architects
and Development team members to build out and implement the
Platform Strategy.

Base Pay Range: $103,600 - $186,900Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The
pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful
candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will
be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications,
and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this
range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are
eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus,
based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a
year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and
which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in
the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for
monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. To
