Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Front End Developer for a contract position in Seattle, WA. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Front-End Developer to join our dynamic, small team within a larger organization. As a key contributor, you'll collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
Contribute to design and architecture decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies.
Pair programming: We pair on an on-demand basis. There is no set time.


Qualifications:5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
Experience with React-Redux for state management.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Preferred:Familiarity with full-stack development, especially Java and Spring Boot.
