Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel
responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise agreements under tight deadlines
Coordinate contract negotiation with multiple cross-departmental
functions
Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in
managing contract systems
Required Qualifications
JD required; current license to practice law
Minimum 8 years of legal experience with a focus on contracting
Strong background in contract preparation and review
Experience in project management on multi-departmental projects is
a plus
Experience in the life sciences industry preferred but not
required
