Job Description:
A company is looking for a Check Processing Representative to
manage check preparation and insurance payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and finalize reports for check disbursements and ensure
accuracy in payment processing
Conduct research and make outbound calls to verify insurance
coverage and resolve issues with checks
Reconcile check registers and assist in tracking outstanding checks
while communicating status to clients
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
At least two years of experience in accounts payable, check
processing, or related fields
Basic understanding of accounts payable and reconciliation
processes
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word
Able to type 35 WPM accurately and use a 10-key by touch
