Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist Team Lead to
manage a team of Enrollment Specialists and drive performance in
patient enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of Enrollment Specialists to achieve
performance targets
Plan patient outreach priorities and provide regular oversight and
troubleshooting
Conduct direct patient outreach and enrollment for high-priority
populations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in patient enrollment and direct management
of people
Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
Comfort with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, and
electronic health records
Experience using data tools to track performance metrics
A quiet working space for remote operations to ensure member
privacy
