Shift: Days, 7a-7p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Call Required: Yes, typically 6 evenings and one weekend per 6 weeks
Weekend Shifts Per Contract: typically one weekend per 6 week on stand by. must respond within 30 minutes of call back.
Requirements:

- WA License--
-3 Years' Experience
- Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab required
- Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Temporary Pacemaker, Ventricular Assist Device Insertion
- Fluoroscopy, Siemens
- Accurate monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose)
- Isolation Precautions
- BLS
- ARRT with corresponding sub certification
- Special Procedures preferred
- Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Pulmonary Artery (PA) line insertion, Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation/Replacement (TAVI/TAVR), Watchman--preferred
- Use of Rapid Response team--preferred
