Job Description:
Radia is seeking an Per Diem MRI Technologist to join our
distinguished team of MRI professionals. Located in downtown
Kirkland, Washington, our Outpatient Imaging Center operates Monday
through Saturday, delivering exceptional support and operational
excellence.
The following information provides an overview of the skills,
qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Our facility boasts a comprehensive suite of imaging technology,
including four MRI machines, three of which are state-of-the-art,
and two of those have 3T capabilities. We conduct a wide spectrum
of MRI studies, ranging from basic to highly advanced procedures.

Compensation: The salary range is $48.82 to $81.46 per hour. The
salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to
job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and
employment status. The compensation listed is based on full-time
employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week.
Hours: Per Diem 10-12 hour shift depending on needs
Position Summary:
Utilizes an MRI scanner and power injector. Starts IVs and
administers various contrast agents
Appropriately protocol all orders in advance
Properly screen orders prior to scan for any precautions or
contraindications including, but not limited, to implanted
devices
Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate
manner
Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity,
quality, health, and safety standards
Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory
assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond
individual training/expertise and requires assistance
Qualifications and Requirements:
Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program
or other compatible course of study
Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license
required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)
Advanced registry in MRI required within 6 months of hire
Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR
1 year of experience as a successful MRI tech preferred
Some on-call coverage at our Redmond location is required
Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in
all work-related interactions
