• Deliver clear, concise, timely reports and presentations for your manager, stakeholders, and senior leaders
• Execute solutions & dashboards to business problems using data analysis, data mining, optimizing tools and statistical modeling
• Continuously develop and demonstrate improved analytics methodologies
• Responsible for deep guest insights, using your analytic toolkit to drive business results through data
• Support day-to-day requests for data analysis such as decision support, KPI's and provide quality assurance on master data use
• Conduct in-depth analytics for strategic initiatives as directed by the managementqualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field - Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics
  • 1-2 years of work experience in business analysis or insight delivery
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data mining working with large relational databases, advanced data extraction/manipulation tools
  • Proficiency in SQL with minimum 1 year practical experience
  • Strong analytical skills and are comfortable owning data and working from concept through execution
  • Experience preferred in marketing, loyalty, retail analytics
  • Familiar with Python, data visualization using PowerBI, and/or statistical models/algorithms using R or Python and associated packagesmust haves

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $ $117,500-$154,200 usd annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
