Job Description:

A company is looking for an Analyst - Operational Analytics and Reporting (Legal & Collections) - REMOTE USA.

Key Responsibilities

Provide complex data analysis and reporting using various data visualization tools
Identify trends and recommend opportunities for efficiencies to support business improvements
Forecast performance and assist in resource planning and capacity management

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in developing process level data reporting and forecasting
Previous analytical experience in Legal Collections and performance management
Advanced SQL and Power BI experience required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Experience in Finance, Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance industries is preferred
