Requisition SummaryPACCAR Parts Division is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT Operations Team. In this role, you will oversee the IT ticketing system, manage inventory, and maintain effective communication with end-users.Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Use the IT Service Management system, address IT incident reports and service requests regarding hardware, software and mobile devices.
• Perform hardware and software installation. When needed, guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions.
• Assist with regular IT audits to verify compliance with security protocols and operational standards.
• Assist with deployment of new PCs and mobile devices.
• Maintain an excellent level of customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated respectfully, efficiently and in a timely manner.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related fields required.
  • 1+ year of experience in IT or related field required.
  • Knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware and networking.
  • Experience with software as a service (SaaS) and other software hosting protocols.
  • Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experienced in providing professional and courteous customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $65,500 - $89,760 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
