Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Global Sales Development
Acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global deployment of the new Prospecting operating model
for the Global BDR function
Align and deploy global BDR efficiency tools and processes,
including automation and AI integration
Evaluate industry trends and recommend future visions for the Sales
Development function
Required Qualifications
5+ years of management experience in Sales or Business
Development
Proven track record of growth and overachieving targets in a
high-growth business
Experience creating operational structure and scale within
sales/business development teams
Strategic mindset for developing cross-functional, global
projects
Extensive experience using HubSpot
