Key Responsibilities
Develop account planning and identify strategic opportunities for
new accounts and revenue growth
Maintain relationships with key account leadership and support the
sales team to achieve sales objectives
Build and lead a high-performance sales team, ensuring effective
goal setting and accountability
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
8+ years of sales management experience in telecommunications
3 to 5 years of business/financial experience
Proven ability to hire and motivate successful sales teams
